Cross Roller Bearing Accuracy Selection
Selection notes for running accuracy, mounting accuracy, rigidity and application requirements.
Start from application accuracy
The required indexing, positioning or runout accuracy should determine the bearing grade rather than selecting the highest grade by default.
Mounting parts must match
A high-accuracy bearing cannot compensate for poor shaft, housing or mounting surface accuracy.
Consider rigidity and load
Accuracy selection should be checked together with load rating, moment stiffness, preload and structural deformation.
Confirm before quotation
State the target accuracy, measurement standard, rotation part and working conditions to avoid specification mismatch.
