Installation checks for shaft and housing shoulders, tightening sequence, fit and rotational accuracy.
Check mounting dimensions
Confirm bore, outer diameter, width and shoulder dimensions against the shaft and housing drawing before machining.
Control mounting accuracy
Shaft and housing roundness, perpendicularity and surface condition affect running accuracy and preload stability.
Tighten evenly
Tighten mounting bolts gradually in a diagonal sequence. Rotate the bearing during intermediate checks when the structure permits.
Verify after assembly
Check rotational torque, noise, runout and temperature rise before the bearing enters normal service.
